A Portland native, Rick’s professional journey began as a business owner for two decades, equipping him with invaluable experience, which has molded his thriving tenure as a General Manager at MTI since 2005. Rick’s unique blend of personal warmth and professional expertise makes him an indispensable leader within the MTI team.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Rick finds pleasure in spectating sports, attending church services, and savoring moments with his family. Celebrating 42 years of marriage with his wife Lori, Rick actively supports his 5 children and 14 grandchildren in their diverse pursuits.
