Larinda leads the Receiving and Inventory Department at MTI, delivering over a decade of retail experience and a background in early childhood education. As a certified early childhood specialist, Larinda combines attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a warm, approachable demeanor to the MTI team.
Seeking a change in work environment that offered better hours and proximity to her family, Larinda found her home at MTI in 2020. She values the collaborative and cohesive vibe within the company, where teamwork is celebrated.
Beyond the workplace, Larinda enjoys the great outdoors (in moderation) and has developed a newfound passion for bowling, currently in her second league. She loves exploring new dining and shopping destinations, always seeking out fresh experiences and flavors.
