Jessica serves as the Executive Assistant to the Owner at MTI, having joined the company in 2021. With over 2 decades of experience supporting busy professionals and high-end executives at leading banks and public accounting firms, Jessica brings an abundance of high-level, detailed, and professional expertise to her role.
Jessica’s path to the company is unique. It started during her college years, working on MTI’s production floor, managing inventory and shipping. Years later, in the midst of a successful career, the chance emerged for a new assistant to the owner. Recognizing the ideal fit, Jessica brought her dynamic, specialized abilities and firsthand company knowledge full circle to her current position.
Having a history with MTI meant that Jessica knew she would be partnering with a company that is truly committed to its employees, full of support, longevity and ample opportunity. Within this rare culture, Jessica excels at introducing fresh and innovative ideas, continuously seeking ways to streamline day-to-day operations and enhancing efficiency across the organization.
As a true Oregonian, Jessica takes advantage of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting, while also cherishing her role as a mother to two active teens.
