Dan Schafer

Dan, the most recent 2024 addition to MTI’s Inside Sales team, came with an arsenal of sales experience. Graduating cum laude from Linfield College with a Bachelor’s degree in Music, Dan’s career spans over a decade in sales and customer service, encompassing diverse roles in retail sales, corporate training, and electrical manufacturing.

Driven by a pursuit of excellence to find a thriving company, Dan was drawn to MTI for its fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, underpinned by a commitment to honesty, integrity, and teamwork. It didn’t take long for Dan to appreciate MTI’s dedication to its employees, evident in the high level of professionalism and talent within the organization.

Dan’s contributions to the MTI team include a proven background of delivering world-class customer service, unparalleled focus on details, stakeholder sales experience and a relentless passion for continuous learning and development.

Apart from the sales arena, Dan’s interests include leading worship, singing/songwriting, recording music, and performing in a country cover band. A talented multi-instrumentalist, he continually expands his musical repertoire and derives peace from outdoor activities like camping and quality time in nature with his son.
