Cody Verdoorn

Cody, the wizard behind the curtain at Multi-Tek, is the Systems Manager, representing the company since 2003. Although Cody has always been a quick learner, possessing a strong work ethic, his varied roles prior to MTI did not fully tap into his profound visionary intellect. fortunately, following a friend’s job offer, Cody was able to put his expertise to good use, and the rest is history.

Starting as an Assembler on the production floor over 20 years ago has provided Cody with a comprehensive insight into the company’s systems and processes. This has not only allowed him to hone his own skills but has also been the driving force behind his constant pursuit of identifying and implementing strategic forecasting and improvements at opportune moments. As Cody has progressed within the company, so have his contributions. He is credited with designing the comprehensive system that manages MTI’s daily functions, enhancing the company’s competitiveness and state-of-the-art abilities. This system enables instant access to crucial project details with just a click, setting MTI apart in the industry. While Cody’s innovative thinking and data-motivated approach continue to provide pivotal foresight in addressing potential challenges, he also acknowledges that without working within an organization that values such freedom and creativity, none of his “big picture” plans would be possible.

A man of many talents, Cody is an accomplished musician, particularly skilled at playing the piano. He is a self-proclaimed cat whisperer, enjoys reading, playing strategy and card games and is a connoisseur of steak, scotch and silence. He claims that he plans to be a comedian when he grows up.
